Being Christian

What does it mean to be a Christian? Does being a Christian change how we live? If so, how? What sorts of things derail us, or slow us down, from growing in our faith? These crucial questions, and many more, are all taken up in the book of Deuteronomy. As we eavesdrop into God's church thousands of years ago we are able to learn lessons from their struggles and failures (and some successes) that can help us navigate our faith right now. More than anything, we come face to face with a God who is generous and kind and patient. A God who never gives up on us even when we give up on Him.
